Visiting a museum in Mexico City is an endless adventure. From the awe-inspiring Anthropology Museum to the luxurious billionaire Museum of Soumaya and the famous Mexican painter Frida Kahlo at Casa Azul, each visit offers a different experience. Today, I found myself attracted by the Museo Casa Leon Trotsky, which lies in the lively Coyoacan Neighborhood, just a few blocks away from Casa Azul.

This remarkable museum was the home of Leon Trotsky, the Russian revolutionary and Red Army founder, during his exile in Mexico from 1937 until his catastrophic assassination in 1940.
