These days, when everything has gone up and expensive, stumbling upon a taco stall that sells one taco for 10 pesos is remarkable.

I used to buy a Suadero taco with a small tortilla from my favorite street taco stand near where I live for 12 pesos, but it now costs 20 pesos. Thus, finding a taco stall that was both tasty and affordable was like getting something I really wanted.

The story began when my husband craved a Suadero taco at 8:40 p.m. When our favorite place was closed, we walked around the neighborhood. And here they are, on the sidewalk, at the corner next to the gym, where the people inside can see outside through the glass wall.

Very interesting.

Can you imagine, when you’re lifting the weight right in front of you, the delectable al pastor meat cooked on a trompo?
